Yes, we provide a 3-day testing period on all devices. This warranty excludes the camera, LCD, and waterproofing as these are prone to damage by the user. Please test your phone in-store.
2. What should I verify before leaving the store?
Before leaving, check the IMEI number, ports, camera, LCD, and waterproofing. Any problems identified after leaving the store will be considered the customer’s responsibility.
3. What happens if I encounter a problem after purchase?
Issues within the 3-day testing period can result in an exchange, but no refunds are provided. The exchange is only for issues not caused by customer mishandling.
4. Why are the camera, LCD, and waterproofing not covered under warranty?
These components are easily damaged by improper handling, so they are not covered. Customers are advised to check these features in-store.
5. Does the warranty apply to everyone?
The 3-day testing policy applies only to customers who have been explicitly informed. Ensure you are aware of this policy when purchasing your device.
6. Do I need to check PTA tax on my phone?
Yes, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) tax status on the phone. We advise you to verify this before making a purchase.
7. Can I return the phone if I find a defect after the 3-day testing period?
No. After the 3-day testing period, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Be sure to fully inspect the device within the given timeframe.
8. What should I do if my phone develops an issue after the testing period?
Any issues that arise after the 3-day testing period are no longer covered under our policies. Customers are encouraged to handle and maintain their phones carefully after purchase.
9. What should I check before purchasing a phone?
You should thoroughly check the IMEI number, phone ports, display, and sound quality before purchase. Make sure to inspect the camera, LCD, and waterproofing, as they are not covered under the warranty.
10. Can I check the phone’s condition before making a purchase?
Yes, you are encouraged to fully test and check the phone in-store. Make sure you are completely satisfied with the device’s condition before leaving the store.
12. How can I check the PTA status of a phone?
You can check the PTA status by visiting the official Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) website and entering the phone’s IMEI number. We encourage you to do this before finalizing your purchase.
13. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only cater to customers within Pakistan. Please contact us for more details on domestic shipping.
14. Can I get my phone exchanged if I find an issue?
Yes, as long as the issue is reported within the 3-day testing period and is not related to user handling, we will exchange the device for a similar one. However, we do not offer refunds.
15. What happens if I damage my phone after purchase?
Once the phone is in your possession and outside of the store, any damages are your responsibility. We recommend testing the phone thoroughly in-store before purchase.
