Refund and Returns Policy

At The Apple Arena, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory buying experience for all our customers. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns to protect both the buyer and the seller:

Thorough In-Store Testing Recommended

We highly recommend that all customers thoroughly test their phone in-store before completing the purchase. You should check the IMEI number, inspect the LCD screen, test the camera, and ensure that all ports and buttons are functioning correctly. This will give you peace of mind and allow you to confirm that the device meets your expectations before taking it home.

Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales at The Apple Arena are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We believe in the quality of the products we sell, and all devices are thoroughly inspected before they are made available for purchase. If you encounter any issues within the 3-day testing period, and the issue is not due to user handling, we will replace the device with one of equal value.

Exchange Policy

If there is a problem with your phone that was not caused by improper use, and it is reported within the 3-day testing period, we will gladly exchange the device for another one. This policy applies only to defects that were present at the time of purchase and does not cover damage caused by the user. It is crucial that all aspects of the phone are checked before completing the transaction.
