Refund and Returns Policy

At The Apple Arena, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds:

1. Testing Period

We offer a 3-day testing period for all devices. During this time, you are free to test the phone and ensure all features meet your expectations. It is important to note that **camera, LCD, and waterproofing** issues are not covered under any warranty, as these components are vulnerable to user mishandling.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final, and under no circumstances will refunds be offered. We encourage buyers to conduct a thorough in-store check before completing the purchase. If a problem arises within the 3-day testing period that is not due to mishandling, the device may be exchanged.

3. Exchange Policy

If a device shows signs of malfunction during the 3-day testing period, customers are entitled to an exchange. However, this policy applies only to devices that show manufacturer defects and not issues caused by user actions. Exchanges will be provided for phones of similar value.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to fully verify the phone’s **IMEI, ports, and functionality** before leaving the store. Once the device is taken out of the shop, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper handling and maintenance. Any post-purchase issues related to improper handling will not be covered.

5. PTA Tax Compliance

We strongly encourage all customers to verify the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) tax status of their phones before purchasing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the device complies with PTA regulations.
