In-Store Pickup

We highly encourage all customers to visit our shop and test their device before leaving. This allows you to check the IMEI number, test the ports and buttons, and verify the LCD screen and camera in person. By doing so, you can be sure that the device meets your expectations before completing the purchase.

Home Delivery

If you opt for delivery, it is essential that you test the device as soon as it arrives. Our 3-day testing policy applies to delivered products as well, but please note that camera, LCD, and waterproofing issues are not covered under any warranty. It is the buyer’s responsibility to test these features immediately upon receipt.

Timely Delivery

We aim to process and deliver all orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and will be clearly indicated at checkout.
