By using this site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract with us. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

3. Product Information and Pricing

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, The Apple Arena does not guarantee that all information provided on the website is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update product descriptions or prices without prior notice. Prices may be adjusted based on market conditions, product availability, or at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that such corrections or changes can occur at any time, including after the confirmation of your order.

Additionally, the products offered for sale on this site are pre-owned or refurbished unless stated otherwise. We guarantee the quality of the devices we sell and ensure that they meet high standards of functionality. However, as these are resold devices, we cannot offer warranties equivalent to those provided for brand-new products.

4. Order Placement and Acceptance

When placing an order with The Apple Arena, you must ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any inaccuracies in your order may result in delays or cancellations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspicion of fraud or illegal activity. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment gateways listed on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the payment information before processing your order.

In the event of any payment disputes, please contact our customer service team at support@theapplearena.com. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your financial institution related to your purchase.

6. 3-Day Testing Policy

The Apple Arena offers a 3-day testing period for all devices purchased. During this period, you are responsible for thoroughly testing the functionality of the device, including but not limited to: camera, LCD, battery life, and performance. Please note that the testing period does not cover camera, LCD, and waterproofing, as these are components prone to damage caused by improper handling or user error. It is imperative that you verify these features in-store before taking the device off the premises.

After the 3-day testing period has elapsed, we will no longer be able to offer exchanges or returns, and the device will be considered your sole responsibility. Any issues arising after the testing period will be assumed to have been caused by user mishandling, and no further claims will be entertained.

7. Exchange Policy

During the 3-day testing period, should any issues arise that are deemed to be the result of faulty hardware or performance (excluding camera, LCD, and waterproofing), we will offer an exchange for a device of equivalent value. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued. Exchanges will only be honored if the issue is reported within the testing period and if the device is returned in its original condition.

Exchanges will not be provided if the device has been subjected to physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or any form of tampering. It is your responsibility to inspect and test the device thoroughly before making a final decision.

8. PTA Status and Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) tax status of any device before making a purchase. The Apple Arena does not assume responsibility for ensuring the PTA status of the device, and any tax or regulatory fees related to PTA clearance will be borne solely by the customer.

We strongly recommend that customers check the PTA status of their phones using the official PTA website before finalizing their purchase. Non-PTA-approved phones may be subject to penalties or restrictions, and it is the customer’s obligation to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

9. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from The Apple Arena. Due to the nature of reselling, all sales are considered final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with the device. However, in cases where the device is found to be defective during the 3-day testing period (excluding camera, LCD, and waterproofing), an exchange will be provided under the terms outlined above.

Devices that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for exchanges. Please ensure that you handle the device with care and inspect it thoroughly upon purchase.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic shipping within Pakistan only. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase and an estimated delivery timeframe. While we strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party couriers or shipping companies.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. In the event of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us immediately at support@theapplearena.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Apple Arena shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the products or services provided. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid for the product or service that caused such damage.

12. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the site following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
